THE FOOD SHOW AUCKLAND

This year's show is going to be better than ever. I am picking we will see more sophistication than ever before in the new artisan products that will be exhibited.

Come and join me in the Celebrity Chef theatre as I cook a fabulously delicious three course meal that's easy to prepare and easy to eat. I am dedicated to using New Zealand's best artisan products and have included several from this year's show.

• Thursday 29 July 2.30pm (Preview Day)

• Saturday 31 July 11.30am

There will be amazing prizes including the very first copy of my new book 'The NZ Vegetable Cook Book' co-authored with Kathy Paterson and Ginny Grant.

Additional appearances are scheduled on the Electrolux stand at 11.30 am and 1pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
